Excellent cylinder

I am a novice and had never fitted a cylinder before. The key snapped off in my old cylinder and I didn’t want to replace it with another Yale equivalent as it was a nightmare to get replacement keys to actually fit it. And they are stupidly expensive.

After doing some research I settled on this cylinder due to its three star rating and ERAs reputation. Staff at UPVC hardware direct were really helpful in assisting me to make this decision. The price is the best around even with next day delivery cost.

The cylinder was so easy to fit and the locking mechanism is so smooth compared to the old one. Much better quality and very happy I chose this over the multitude of cheaper and lesser quality alternatives.

UPVC hardware direct were very helpful with delivery of extra keys and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again :-)
